The issue is still being investigated by our dedicated team.

Rest assured that even if the progress shows as synchronizing, it is still normally counted towards the battle pass. And should be shown once the game has been restarted.

I believe the issue arose again after an update. Have you checked in the security settings where you can toggle the microphone access to applications on your computer ?

You should find it by going into Settings > Confidentiality > Microphone. Then you can check if Rainbow Six Siege can access the mic or not.

Since it's a new account, I would advise you to continue trying to unlock these so that it should eventually be taken into account.
