I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing a clipping issue with the original hairstyle.

Could you take a screenshot showing this please so we can forward it on to the game team to show the issue?

Is it noticeable at all angles or do you have to move the camera in a specific way to see?

I'm sorry to hear you are both having to wait quite some time for it to check for addons.

I don't think this should be a connection issue, as it should just be reading what you have installed.

There's no known issues of this occuring at the moment, so I would suggest to just try a re-installation of the game and any additional content and updates first of all.

We have seen some recent reports of this again recently and have been forwarding the save files to the dev team but we haven't got any updates to share on this at the moment. I apologise for any inconvenience caused from it.

I see we have reported some issues with the quest, some of which have been resolved previously but I don't know if your issue is exactly the same. Can you record a clip showing how far it lets you get up to, or provide any screenshots of it so we can check this and either update an older report or create a new one for it please.

I'm sorry to hear about the drunken Eivor issue that you are experiencing when you login. We have reported this to the game team already but we haven't got any updates back from them on this just yet.

Regarding the crash, hopefully it was a 1 off. If you regularly start crashing, please let us know as then we can look into what may be causing it for you.

We have had a report from this from another player but our game team have been testing this since and have not had any issues with it. They have noticed it is harder to perform now, so this may be something that gets treated as a suggestion to make it easier in future updates, but it has been working for them.

We have reported this to the dev team previously, as it's not just the Ealdorman armour set. When we have patch notes that mention this is resolved, it will be posted in the News and Announcements section on the forums, but please let us know if you still have the issue with this armour set after seeing a patch that should have resolved it, and we can ask this to be looked at again.

I'm sorry this post never received a response from us originally. Just to let you both know, there is knockout arrows / tranquil arrows in Valhalla, but this is something you have to unlock a little while into the game, so I understand it's not quite the same. Just thought I'd let you know though.

We were aware of an issue where the cutscene doesn't play that is meant to play in the corridor on the step "Explore the tavern in South Paris to look for Charles the Fat" but it looks like this should be resolved from the latest patch. So it looks like your issue is a bit different now to what others were reporting before. I will forward your video on along with a copy of your save file to report this. I apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime and hope you have some other tasks in game to keep you busy for the time being.

@AdamskaOnuro Thanks for confirming. I'll move this thread to the AC Valhalla forums as this particular forum section is for AC games older than Origins.

Can I check that you have achieved Gold medals, or perfect scores in ALL the 15 Trials that you will find in the 5 shrines scattered throughout England. If so, could you take screenshots, or record a video clip showing this is the case please? We can then forward this to the game team to look into why it hasn't unlocked.

I'm sorry to hear that is happening. There is no known issues of this that I can see. Can you try reinstalling the game first of all please? Also, make sure it is installed on the main HDD, not an extended / portable drive.

Hey all,

Please let us know if you have already tried disabling the overlay in the Ubisoft Connect settings and still have an issue.

If you do, please try uninstalling the windows update KB5006365, as we have seen some other issues caused by this too.

Sorry to hear you've encountered some issues here. Regarding the missing / corrupt saves first of all, don't start a new game. Just exit the game and relaunch it. Did this bring them back for you? If not, please get in contact through one of the methods below so we can look into helping you out with this. If you start a new game, we may be unable to recover any save files you had stored on the cloud.
