I'm sorry that you don't like the default control scheme. You are right that if you remap the controls, changing something will enter a conflict with something else, but then you have to move that button to something else, and then the next button to something else, and so on, until there are no more conflicts.

I don't have a list of alternative control schemes you can set up, you may not like that either if I did, but this is why there is the option to let you set what buttons you want to use. I will however, forward a suggestion to the game team to add other control options already built in that players can choose from.

No, you would need to buy any DLC through Steam if you own the game on Steam. This applies to all of our games. I apologise for any disappointment caused.

English language isn't available in your version of the game unfortunately. You may be able to try and get a refund but you'll need to reach out to the store you bought it from to see if this is possible.

I'm sorry you are still experiencing high ping in the game. I couldn't say why that is happening when testing with the website but that shouldn't be related to the game at all.

Do you know if you are connecting to the correct Data Center for your region, and are you playing the game alone or are you in a party with friends?

Thanks for your suggestion to disable the addon. I'll forward this to the game team. Please note (just in case you ever have any other suggestions), we have a dedicated section on the forums for feedback and suggestion that the game team will look at for future considerations and updates to the game, so I will move this post there also. Additionally, you posted this in Just Dance originally, so I moved it from there.

To add on to what Ubi-SpaceCats has written above, it would also work if you obtained a digital copy of the game, purchased on the same account as what you purchased the Season Pass on.

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to get past the character selection screen. Can you just clarify which game this is for, as we see a lot of threads started in Just Dance forums by mistake so need to make sure we understand which game you are on first of all.

Also, does it eventually give any error message on screen, or just seemingly load forever?

Could you let us know what you have already tried please so we don't suggest it to you again, and if you can also let us know when it crashes and if you get any error messages on screen and what they say please?

We have a video forwarded to the game team showing the wolf stuck behind the tree, but if anyone is able to record one showing you are not get anyone to attack / an invisible werewolf that you can't hurt, we'd like to forward this on for you too.

Hey,

Unfortunately if you own the additional content, it must be installed. We have passed on a suggestion of this previously to see if the dev team can implement something to select which content installs to save space on HDD's, but we don't have any confirmation if this will happen in future updates I'm afraid, so it may only get bigger still.
