Hey Hex0rx, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue you ran into.

We've had a temporary service maintenance around the time of your contact, which may have been very well the reason you were unable to connect, however should issue remain, we have a dedicated article about it, so have a look, give steps suggested a go and keep us updated!

Hey lrv. thanks for your response there!

Just to double-check, did you notice whether issue only occurs with any particular maps or game modes or is it consistent regardless of any of these factors?

Also, if you haven't already, I'd strongly recommend to give the following steps a go first, and see if issue persists.

Just to double-check - are you referring to your settings in-game and are they changing each time you login or is it something else?

If it is the case indeed, have you possibly tried setting your GameSettings.ini file to Read-Only, to see if it helps?

I've had a closer look and it does not look like this has been mentioned before, therefore before I pass this over, can I just double-check whether the '%' symbol persists through-out the game or are there any particular instances in which you end up seeing it?

First and foremost, if you haven't already, I'd strongly recommend to give the following steps a go, to see if FPS stabilize or whether it continues to be inconsistent.

If problem remains, is there any chance you could give us a couple of map names that you're having this issue in and also, if you do happen to have video footage handy to support your claim, drop the link to us and we will have a closer look.

In regards to the error message you receive and the disconnection itself - this is rather unusual and most certainly not something should be happening. The error itself indicates that there is no connection to Ubisoft Connect and I can see that we had a temporary service maintenance which may have been the reason you were disconnected, however this has been concluded not long after and servers have been working as intended.
