First and foremost, can I ask you to try completing steps outlined in the following article, which will help you to establish the best possible connection to game servers and ensure that there are no issues on that side.

Additionally, can you double-check if you have language/profanity filter enabled? If you do, try disabling it (both) and see if issue persists.

As far as interregional manual ship sending goes (correct me if I am referring to a wrong one), our team has managed to reproduce it on our side however it's still under investigation therefore as soon as we will have any further updates, will let you know!

If you continue to have difficulties with finding a match, could you advise us which data center (server) are you connected to and also, what is the game mode you're attempting to find the match for?
