I've looked it up however it does not look like this issue has been brought up before, therefore for reproduction purposes, could you advise us the following:

1. Taking into consideration that this only happens occasionally, have you possibly noticed any consistencies in terms of in-game actions that may lead to save progress missing?
2. Is there any possibility you could provide us with video footage showing this?

Hey DonCiccy, thanks for reaching out!

I've had a closer look at your account and depending on where you purchased your copy of the game, if it's an older version of it, you will not have Year 3 Pass available and will have to be purchased separately, however if the copy of your purchased game was to be recent, you'd have access to Year 3 Pass content as well, therefore I would recommend to refer to the retailer you bought it from and see if they can help with your query.

Hey guys, thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.

It does not look like this has been brought up before, therefore is there any possibility either of you could provide us with video footage of this by any chance?

Additionally, your save file will be useful too, therefore if you can locate it in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts and send it over, it will be very beneficial for reproduction purposes.

Somehow I did not manage to come past this thread however I can confirm that just as Bert_Boomgaard suggested, if you have a high attractiveness rating, all you need is more hotels and that will allow you to accommodate more tourists .

Hey miki3215, thanks for reaching out and welcome to forums!

Every game copy will contain certain languages that will be available within the product, however there will also be certain languages that may not be available, as this does heavily depend on the location product was purchased in.

To check this, you can go to Ubisoft Connect launcher, select Rainbow Six: Siege, scroll at the bottom and you should be able to see language options available in the 'Properties' tab.

Hey xxstile17xx, thanks for your response there.

Have you possibly tried rebuilding PS5 database?

In order to do this, you need to:

1. First, make sure you have the latest system update downloaded on your PlayStation 5 console
2. Start your PS5 in Safe Mode (to do this, turn your console off and wait until it has powered down)
3. Now press and hold the power button, you will hear a beep as the console starts up but keep the power button pressed down until you hear a second beep seven seconds later.
4. Connect a Dualsense controller via USB so you can navigate the menu.
5. Select option 5, “Rebuild Database”.
6. Wait for the PS5 to reboot.

Hey guys!

As it stands, this particular matter appears to have been already resolved a while back, however as I do see that there are some who continue to be dealing with the issue, for reproduction purposes, it would be great if you could provide us with your save file, which by default is located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts.

To send it over to us, you can just simply compress it to .rar file, upload it to any external file sharing website and send us the link over, so that we could take a look at it.
