Hey not.tjs, thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear about this, as I fully appreciate how frustrating this can be.

So that we could look into the matter further for you, could you possibly advise us the following:

1. At what point did/does your game crash? Is it on launch or is it whilst playing?
2. Did you receive any error messages after crash occurred?
3. Are you using DX or Vulkan API?

In the meantime, if you haven't already, I'd strongly recommend to go through steps outlined in the following article, and see if problem persists.

In relation to your request - I am afraid that at this point in time, you would not be able to manually configure your controller layout if you are playing on PC. More information can be found here.

Hey Jakub27blue, thanks for the update and sorry to hear that the workaround didn't help. As a last resort, I'd recommend to try installing it through Ubisoft Connect (purely for testing purposes), to see if it allows you to play it.

Hey WIZARDpc123!

If you have multiple instances during which you've left the game before it was concluded, the timer for suspension duration will only increase going forward and there is no reset, I'm afraid.

That's a very good question you have however I am afraid it's not the information we would have at this point in time.

3 years is quite extensive period and only time will tell what will happen, as there are so many factors involved in the decision making for such a query.

If you are committed and if you do see yourself as a long-term player, I would suggest to consider buying 1 Year Club Access instead and hopefully we will have more information at a later date, however again - it is entirely your own decision to make there .
