Title Update 1.7.0, released on February 21, is the final update to address bug fixes in Assassin's Creed Valhalla. As a result, any new issues reported will not be addressed by the development team. Thank you for your understanding.

Yes this is the correct forum to report issues for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. We also have a general discussions forum in which you can discuss other topics with other players.

Can you confirm if you have installed the latest update (1.7.0) and launched the game in online mode, and if so is the challenge still locked?

Can you confirm if you are still experiencing this issue? If you are could you also confirm if the code is for the base game or additional content, and where you are trying to redeem the code when you receive the error.

Hi @Aladdin728 apologies for the late response.

Yes you should be able to use the Ubisoft Connect rewards on a new save file. You would have to progress so far through the game before these become available, however if you are already half way through I do not understand why those rewards are still unavailable.

Can you confirm if this is still the case after installing the last update (1.7.0) that was released on Tuesday?

As I have mentioned to you in the past, when reporting an issue we require as much information as possible, including a video or screenshots demonstrating the issue. All issues that are encountered cannot always be reproduced and other players may also not experience them.

Therefore we would be grateful if you could provide those to us when reporting an issue.

I'd like to reach out to you all with an update. The development team have confirmed that this issue wherein weapons / shields have disappeared from the inventory should be resolved with the release of Title Update 1.7.0 which was released on February 21st.

I'd like to share an update regarding the investigations that have been taking place with the Mastery Trials of the Wolf. You can learn more about each reported issue below:

  • Enemies can become stuck in stone in Templeborough Fort.
    • Investigation Status: Could Not Reproduce following TU 1.3.1.
    • Comments: Following the release of TU 1.3.1, the development team were unable to reproduce this issue in-game during testing.


  • Oil jars can randomly explode, preventing gold from being achieved.
    • Investigation Status: Could Not Reproduce following TU 1.3.2
