Hi @strik3rgaming and welcome to the forums.

I can see that you have commented on an old thread from May 2021. This thread is regarding an issue using the mouse on a PS5.

I have checked your account and can see that you have not played Assassin's Creed Valhalla and that you play on PC not PS5. Can you confirm if you are playing the game on PS5 using a different Ubisoft account and that you are unable to use your mouse?

Hi @amievil1974 and welcome to the forums.

I am sorry to hear that you are unable to find the second captain in 'The Ulfberht Sword' quest.

One captain should appear at Fort Ehrenfels and the other should appear at Katzenelnbogen. Please search both of those locations if you haven't already done so and use your Odin sight when you get there. It's possible that you killed one of them without confirming the kill then left the area.

If the issue persists could you please provide a screenshot to show that you have completed all locations on the map and can you also confirm which one of the captains is missing.

Hi @migdahl-shen I'm sorry to hear that occasionally you did not receive any loot in River Raids.

Do you have any videos that you could provide to show this? Or have you already completed all of the River Raids?

With regards to the rations, I can confirm that one crew ration will add a ration to you and to each of your crew members. For the appearance of the chests both are different as shown in the images below:

Hi @archsh3riff As OrcBeard92 and lemmie88 mentioned we would need to see a screenshot so we can see what you are seeing on your screen and to see that the option is enabled in your settings.

I would also recommend verifying your game files.

@breakaway69 Thanks for the video. I have had a look and can see all the X's that you pointed out do show that the 10 artifacts have been collected.

Could you please try going back to each of the locations with the X mark and use your odin sight to ensure everything has been collected.

We did have an issue with one of the roman artifacts in East Anglia previously that was collected however it was not recognised as being collected. The only difference with that issue was that the roman artifact icon also remained on the map. That was the mask in the upper lef...

Hi @priapoelguarro I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue collecting Saint George's Trousers.

I understand that Saint George's Trousers are found in one of the military locations on the map in the River Severn, however could you please try raiding all of the remaining locations on the map.

If you still do not find the trousers could you provide some further screenshots to show you have earned all other parts of the armour and also show a new screenshot for the River Severn showing all locations are raided as well as the other maps, River Dee ...

@unkindertree1 I'm sorry to hear that you are still unable to access the 'Legend of Beowulf' quest.

Can you also check your in game store and go to the owned tab to see if the content is showing as installed.

I'm sorry to hear that you are also experiencing issues opening the door in the quest 'Madness of King Charles'.

The development team investigated this issue previously but were unable to reproduce it. First of all could you please try loading a previous save before you started the quest then try again.

However if this is not possible or the issue persists then could you provide a video that shows you collecting both of the required keys and then trying to open the door. Can you also show that both keys are in y...
