Hi @zorfo1 and welcome to the forums.

I am sorry to hear that the game is crashing when you try to fast travel back to England.

First of all can you please go through the PC troubleshooting steps in the support article here then try again.

If the issue persists can you confirm what is happening, does the game crash to the desktop and do you receive a crash error? Or does the game freeze or get stuck on an infinite loading screen?

You could be receiving this error if you GPU does not support DirectX 12 as stated or the game might be trying to launch on a integrated GPU rather than your dedicated GPU.

@longjohn119 To confirm were you able to collect the key as part of a quest? If so can you recall the name of the quest?

With regards to the issue with the chickens it has been reported and the development team will investigate, however it may difficult for them to reproduce.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced an issue with Eivor flying into the air and desynchronising and the notifications of a new quest. As azullFR mentioned the Eivor flying issue is known and is being investigated.

Hi @swenda if you have only recently purchased the Collector's edition then the pre order bonus will not be included. The pre order bonus 'The Way of The Berserker' quest was only included with the pre orders at launch. However it is also available for all players to purchase for 60 units in the Ubisoft Connect rewards.

You can earn Ubisoft Connect units by completing challenges, earning XP and levelling up your account.

I'm sorry to hear that Vagn is also missing for you.

Could you please ensure you have the latest update (1.3.2) installed then try again. If you already have the latest update installed then could you provide a video of this to show Vagn is not present at his usual location using Eivor and your Raven. Can you also check around Ravensthorpe to see if he can be found anywhere.

I would also need to know which platform you play the game on and what your Ubisoft account username is that you use to play the game as the account you have used to post on the forum has no games played on it.
