Hi @xsky_fall I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your audio in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Can you please go to the audio settings on your Xbox and change the audio output to 'Stereo' if it currently set to something else such as 5.1 or 7.1. After you have done this go back into the game and check if you are able to hear Eivor's sounds.

If the issue persist can you please provide an image of your Xbox audio settings, in game audio settings and your TV audio settings.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the quest 'The Big Finish'.

The quest should begin after you complete the quest 'Forging a Bond'. You are required to examine the builder's tower and the builder should be inside and you should be able to talk to him.

If possible can you load a previous save before the last quest you completed in Asgard. However if this is not possible then could you please provide a video so that I can see the issue that you are experiencing.

Can you show the following in the video:

  • Your quest log screen and completed quests screen (scrolling to the bottom)

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the River Raids.

You would need to raid a military camp or monastery to collect foreign supplies. Please ensure you check all available locations on the map.

However if you feel that you have raided all possible locations then could you please provide a video. In the video can you show the river raid map to show which locations you have raided.

Hi @spirantcrayon22 thanks for reporting this. From what I can see the avenge quest was accepted but it did not appear in your quest log. I also noticed that the players name did not appear when the quest was accepted like it usually does, therefore I do not think all of the data loaded as intended and it could possibly be related to a connectivity issue.

If possible can you please try loading a previous save before you started the quest then try completing it again. Also ensure that you have the latest update (1.3.2) installed.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues playing Assassin's Creed Valhalla on your PS4 Pro.

Can you confirm if you have installed the game on the internal HDD or an external HDD? Do you also have access to another PS4 console that you could test the disc on? If so could you please install the game and confirm if the issue still persists, this will help to identify if there is an issue with disc.

Hi @unkindertree1 I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing the 'Legend of the Beowulf' quest in Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

As SpirantCrayon22 mentioned, have you checked that all of your available content is installed and that you have the latest title update installed?

If so can you confirm if you are in England and if you have visited Eivor's room in longhouse in Ravensthorpe to check if the letter has arrived? If not please check if you have received the letter as you need to read the letter before the quest can be started.

Hi @davidnestico I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists.

You mentioned that the world event does not trigger. To confirm did the world event not even start or was the body missing when you tried to return the axe?

@tedblackbear Thanks for the update, I'm pleased to hear that the issue was resolved by closing those processes that you mentioned.

I am unsure why those processes would cause the game to freeze.
