I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists with the 1.3.2 update. Your issue is not listed on the megathreads list as we have only received one report of this issue from yourself, no other players have reported this. Megathreads will only be created and added to the list if we receive multiple reports of an issue from players. However your issue has been reported to the development team and is being investigated.
It's difficult to see the NPC's in the image as its quite dark, would you be able to provide some further images or a video to show the NPC's that you can now see.

So I can look into this further could you please provide a video to demonstrate that the ability is not working as intended and to show that you have purchased it from the skill tree.
Have you also tried resetting your skill points then purchasing the ability again? If not can you test this to see if it works, and also ensure you have the latest update installed.

Hi @longjohn119 I have looked at the video and can see two known issues, one with the arrows in Eivor's hand and the new quest notification that continuously pops up.

Could you please go through the PC troubleshooting steps in the support article here then try again.
If the issue persists then can you please check your monitor resolution matches the resolution in game, if it does then close the game and delete the config file for Assassin's Creed Valhalla. After you have done this launch the game again and a new config file will be created.
