As your previous reply was in September the issues that you mentioned were experienced on an older version of the game as the latest update (1.3.2) was released this month.
Could you please install the latest update if you haven't already and confirm if the icon is still glowing for Hildiran. Can you also check if you are still able to heal Eivor once all of the health bar has been depleted and if so can you do this every time in any location.

Can you try going to the location where Callin is then create a new manual save and exit the game. Then try loading the new save you created and see if he is still under the map. If he is can you then fast travel to another location and create another manual save and exit. Then load the new save again and travel back to the location where Callin is to see if his body has respawned on the ground.

So to confirm this issue only occurs if you enter Ravensthorpe? Have you also tried rebuilding the database on your PS4? If not please try this.
Can you also try creating a new manual save, then exit the game to the main menu screen and close the application. Then launch the game again and load the new manual save that you just created and try entering Ravensthorpe again and confirm if the issue persists. If it does could you also record a video to show this.

From what I can see you are unlocking two skills in the videos. The skill you are wanting to unlock is not the next skill on the skill tree, therefore it needs to unlock the skill that is linked to it. You can also hear the noise twice as each skill is unlocked and your skill power goes from 97 to 99.
