Hi @kopok1 I am sorry to hear that you are unable to proceed in the quest 'Binding Fate'.

I can confirm this issue was reported previously, however it should have been resolved with title update 1.3.1. Can you please check that you have the latest update (1.3.2) installed then try again.

If the update is installed could you also try verifying your game files then try again.

Please confirm if this resolves the issue or not.

Would you be able to provide a video or screenshots showing the suggested power level for each region in Ireland/Francia and also show what your combat difficulty and level scaling are set to in the options menu under the gameplay tab.

I'm sorry to hear that you that you are experiencing issues with the Berserker gear. I can confirm that this was a known issue and should have been fixed with title update 1.3.1. Can you confirm if you have the latest update (1.3.2) installed?

Hi @misc1985 I'm sorry to hear that the Ubisoft Connect challenge 'City of Lights' has still not unlocked.

I have spoken to the Assassin's Creed Valhalla team and they have checked the configurations and have asked if you can launch the game again and confirm if it unlocks. If it doesn't can you try going to Paris again.

Hi @sattium85 I am sorry that this visual bug had not been addressed.

The feedback has been passed on to the development team, however as UbiGabe previously advised in that screenshot you provided this will be considered low priority as the development team will be focusing on issues with a higher priority, such as bugs that are preventing players from progressing.

Unlocking the heavy dual wield skill adds this additional scabbard, therefore it is likely working as intended and is not meant to revert back if you are not dual wielding heavy weapons.

Hi @melliemedusa it appears that the issue for the Fly Agaric in Sciropescire was fixed with the 1.3.0 update.

If you are experiencing the same issue with another Fly Agaric mystery on the map then could you please provide a video or screenshots to show which region it is in and if the icon is remaining on the map or not. Can you also confirm if you completed the mystery successfully and if the notification appeared on screen to confirm this.

@amievil1974 Thanks for the video.

The only thing that I think that may have happened is that the captain may have been killed the first time you entered Katzenelnbogen and the kill was not confirmed and either his body is somewhere in that area waiting for the kill to be confirmed or the body is no longer there.

I have reported this to the development team to investigate further.

Hi @explodingice I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues accessing the Wrath of The Druids expansion as well as the Way of The Berserker and Legend of the Beowulf quests.

Can you please check that all of the available content is installed on your PS4 and that you have the latest update (1.3.2) installed. After you have done this go to the in game store then click on the owned tab and check that all of your content is listed and is showing as installed. Hi @mha_174 and welcome to the forums.

Before you can use your abilities you need to unlock them, then assign them in the abilities tab. When assigning them you chose a slot that relates to the button on your controller, square, triangle, circle or x.

Your ranged abilities are assigned to the L2 button and the Melee abilities are assigned to the R2 button. So when you use your ability you will hold L2 or R2 then press the button on your controller that the ability is assigned to and that will trigger that ability.

Also if you hover over the ability in the ability tab it will show you a video clip of how the ability works and explains how to use it.

@falconswift That's great, thanks for the information provided.

I will wait for your video then I will forward it on to the development team to investigate. In the video can you walk around the settlement for a minute or so then fast travel to another location to show that the audio is only affected when you are in your settlement.

Hi @syrkrotuas and welcome to the forums.

I'm sorry to hear that you have lost some of your runes.

Can you confirm if the runes are missing from a particular armour set and weapons or multiple? And roughly how many runes do you think are missing?

Also if you have a previous save that you can load, can you please try this to see if your runes are still attached to your armour and weapons.

Can you please confirm the following:

  • Did you unequip your weapons prior to this?
  • Does un-equipping and re-equipping your weapons cause the arrow to disappear?
  • Did you use any specific bow abilities before this occurred? If so, which bow abilities did you use?

I will report this to the development team.

In the meantime do you have another Xbox account that you could login to on your console to try starting a new game with to see if the same issue occurs. This will help to identify if the issue is related to your save file.
