@longjohn119 I have moved your issue with the NPC burning into a new thread as it is a different issue and I will reply to you on there.

With regards to the other issue you encountered with the stairs. Can you confirm if this has only occurred in certain locations and if so could you provide another video or some screenshots to highlight those areas on the map, I can then forward it on to the development team to see if they are able to reproduce it.

@famileon Thanks for the video provided.

I can see that the object you are trying to move is not centred and is slightly to the left, this is likely why you are no longer able to interact with it.

I would recommend loading a previous save before you started the quest then replay the quest again.

Hi @longjohn119 I'm sorry to hear that you experienced these issues.

I have reported both of these to the development team. Do you have a previous save that you can load before you accepted the avenge quest? If so could you please try loading that save then return to the same location to see if you can collect the key.

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to progress in the quest 'Scorched Earth' due to Soma not spawning.

Could you please try verifying your game files then try again. If that does not work I would recommend loading a previous save and replay those two quests again and see if Soma spawns as intended.

However if it's not possible to load an earlier save or if the issue persists could you please provide a video so that I can confirm it is a bug you have encountered, I can then report this to the development team to investigate.

Hi @metaldawn71 I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to complete the quest 'In Dreams...'

After completing the quest 'The Big Finish' a cutscene should play then the quest objective should change to 'Use the gate to Jotenheim' then you should wake up and speak to Valka to finish the 'In Dreams...' quest. Did this happen for you?

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, it is not a known issue.

Do you have another controller that you can use to test if the same issue occurs as this sounds as though it may be an issue with the PS5 controller. Testing another controller will help to rule this out.

@triquetratrip I'm sorry to hear that the issue has returned. We haven't received any other reports of this, therefore it does appear that the issue is with your save data. You previously mentioned that when loading an older save the issue was not present.

Can you remember if you encountered any game crashes prior to when this issue first occurred?

Could you try doing what you did previously, load an older save then load a more recent save, then if the sound of thunder stops try creating a new manual save, close the game then load the new manual save that y...

Could you confirm the following:

  • Did you encounter any game crashes before the issue occurred?
  • Did you turn the game off after completing the previous quest then experience this issue when you loaded your save?
  • Did you complete any of the objectives for this quest before the quest objective no longer appeared or did this occur as soon as you received the quest in your quest log?

@spirantcrayon22 There are only nine legendary animals to hunt for Wallace at the Hunter's Hut.

The Legendary animals that you fight in the expansions are not included on that list, however I am unsure if they are supposed to be mounted on the wall in the longhouse after being handed in to Wallace.

I will look into this further.
