Hello @GoodGuy82 thank you for your gameplay query on Specialist traits/talents.

I am unable to answer this question for you at the moment, so I have reached out to our Anno game team to see if they can offer an explanation as to why these traits exist if not used in some Expeditions. I will update this thread when I have more information.

I can not see the temperature and Arctic region mentioned in our recent game changes or balancing notes, I will reach out to our Anno team to see if this is working as intended and do my best to update you when I know more.

Hello @Gluiperd13 thanks for getting in touch with us and sorry to hear of your game crashes.

Can you double-check your GPU and Vram specs? I believe the RTX 2060 should have more than 2GB of Vram - the game needs at least 8GB of Vram to run according to our system requirements for the game.

Looking at your event log, it appears some game files are missing which may be causing the crash. In order to fix this, can you please try verifying your game files in your game launcher, this should repair any game files that are missing or corrupted >>

When you attain a high attractiveness for your city/island, there will be a chance Elise 'the Nose' will visit this city. You may also receive a different visitor in her absence, however this it also comes down to chance. The exact probability of how often you will receive w visit and from whom, is not something we have disclosed publicly.

Hello @potter234 thank you for getting in touch with us about DX11 and DX12.

The game requires either of these DirectX versions found on more recent versions of Windows in order to run the game correctly. Our system requirements to play the game can be found here > https://support.ubisoft.com/en-us/Faqs/000040424/

If you do not meet the system requirements and some of your PC specs fall short, you may encounter performance issues or you may be unable to play the game at all, regretabbly.

Could you please name the ornaments that should appear in your game but are currently missing, so we can check if other players are having the same issue too or if this is an isolated incident?

Hello again @fknM3R0, we opened an investigation into this with our QA team but so far they have been unable to reproduce this issue with being unable to pass through the door.

They wanted to ask you the following, please let us know as soon as you can so we can pass this back to our QA team to help them continue investigating >

Hello everyone thanks for getting in touch with us.

Just a quick update, this issue is a bug, you should be able to deconstruct an item without having to mark it as 'junk' first. We are also aware that the 'mark all items as junk' option may not be working as intended either.

Our QA team have been able to reproduce this issue and are currently looking into a fix, thank you for raising this.
