Thank you for the reply @Traumahawk and for sharing this detail of the workaround.

For anyone else experiencing this exact crash when trying to claim the final loot crate, I can document this with our Division team so they are aware of it, but in order for them to investigate the issue, they will need system files from affected players as per any crashing issue with the game that we report to our Division QA team.

Thank you for raising this with us @ven8ture, I will document those missing stats with that particular mask, if you encounter it again with any other gear, please let us know the name of the gear so we can check if this is intended to appear like this without stats or not, thank you.

Hello @SuspiciousPixel thank you for your reply. I have looked into this and whilst we have a few issues being investigated for the countdown mode, I could not see any investigations into players being unable to use skills or grenades.

Please come back to us when you have had time to play Countdown again - another thing to note, the hardware/FPS monitoring software may also be causing issues with the game's controls. I recommend disabling that overlay, and testing the Countdown mode again to see if your skills and grenades are still unusable, whilst no overlay is a...

Thanks for your reply V4MPiR1, we ask players to verify their game files for some issues, to rule out if this is caused by a corrupted/missing game file, or is indeed a bug present in everybody's game.

I can see an investigation was opened by our QA team, who were able to reproduce this issue and plan to fix this for the next update.

When it comes to updating the Known Issues lists we have, this is not actioned by Ubisoft Support but it is owned by the Division Community team and Dev team, so we can not make adjustments to this list ourselves, or decide what issues will be added and what can be omitted, thank you.

We have these issues documented in our two known issues lists at the moment, but we are in the process of updating both lists as we found some discrepancies recently, thank you. This issue is known to us and a fix is planned, thank you to those who helped raise this.

Thank you for your replies everyone, so it seems to be affecting different gear for both of you since the update. For most missing content or inventory queries, we would need to check your account for these items and when they were gifted/earned in-game.

If the items appear on your account but not in your game and you can show us your inventory, we would then get our Division team to look into this deeper and open an investigation if needed.

This issue appears on our known issue list and is under investigation by our devs and QA > 'We are investigating reports from players claiming they lost expertise ranks on their items'

We currently have a known issue with the Sledgehammer where its Talent will stay active after swapping your weapon. Can you confirm if this is the same issue you have, or does your issue slightly differ?

Hello @Skylers_Meth thanks for getting in touch. This issue with Kelso disappearing was previously reported to us for a different bounty and our QA testers found that in some videos provided by players, the bounty was no longer active in the clips which would cause Kelso to disappear.

If you are unable to find Kelso to start the Trig bounty, can you let us know what missions you currently have active if any?

Have tried fast travelling and returning to the area, or restarting the game, does Kelso then appear for you?

How often has this issue affected your game?
