Hello everyone, sorry to hear you received a ban after the game crashed for you.
 
We are unable to lift any temporary abandon sanctions from disconnections as we do not have the ability to do so, this is solely managed by the game and sanctions will become longer, for the number of times a game has been abandoned or disconnected from.
 
If you received a certain error code when you disconnected, can you please check our known error codes article to see what may have caused your disconnection, here > https://ubi.li/85k9w

As we have seen a surge of reports from players after the update, this is under investigation by our devs and QA team.

Hello @oskarino50 thank you for your question, I believe this is intentional during a warm-up phase. This mechanic worked the same in previous Trackmania games, where attaining a fast time or PB wouldn't count in the warm-up/practice stage.

Thank you for these files @STORM-GLumo I will send them to our QA team and open an investigation into this splitscreen player 1 view missing issue.

Thanks for also letting me know of this second issue of one gamepad and one keyboard controlling one car, instead of two cars. I know the button remaps would remap the keys for both controllers. I've tested split screen myself and found that I couldn't control separate cars with keyboard and one with the controller, I am unsure if this is intentional so I will reach out to our Trackmania team for answers, and I will update ...

The officially supported controllers for the game include >>
• Mouse and keyboard.
• Dualshock 4 Controller.
• Xbox One Controller.
• XInput compatible gamepads.
• DirectInput compatible gamepads.

Whilst in-game, if you hover your mouse over the top right of the Trackmania screen it should reveal a hidden menu, if you click on the cog and go into settings, select the Input tab, then please make sure you switch the input from keyboard and mouse to your gamepad or Xinput.

Hello @prohjort thank you for your query.

I am unable to answer your query about that particular setting as only our Devs would have that information.

I can however give you troubleshooting to try and improve your game's performance in borderless mode.

You mentioned setting the CPU priority of the game, can you try opening your Windows Control Panel > select Power Options > make sure you do not have 'power saver' enabled > check the power save 'advanced options' for your CPU, for any restrictions > select Performance mode if able?

In order for us to investigate this, can you let us know the exact model or peripherals you have connected for player 1,2,3,4 when this occurs?

Hello again @Sokol-TM I have an update from our QA team who are trying to investigate these issues you raised, they would like you to answer the following so they can continue their investigation please >>

1. Can you provide the files for the dedicated server
2. What plugins are using?
3. Does the issue occur even without the plugins installed/disabled?
4. Do the tracks work on a normal server while playing locally?
5. Can you provide a video with a map that doesn't have the problem?
