Hello @yodakobi1975 thank you for your post.

I do believe if you reset your skill points, you should receive all of these skill points back that you used to redeem the skill in the first place.

Do you have a video you can record for us, then upload to a hosting site such as YouTube or Twitter etc, showing us you resetting your skills that cost 2 points to redeem, and only getting 1 skill point back?

Thank you for confirming this information on the Twitch Prime boosters, I believe it may be connected to the issue you are having.

Can I just check also, as I did not check your progress in the game, have you progressed through the game enough, to complete the Family Matters quest, and have been able to save your Viking crew in Norway, at the beginning of the game yet?

That is brilliant, thank you for confirming this freemansdead, I have opened a brand new investigation into this world event and uploaded your most recent save for access for our QA team to look into. I hope we can resolve this issue for you soon and I hope there will be other world events you can take part in, whilst the team works to resolve this one.

Hello @partymcflyy80 I am very sorry to hear of your crashes.

Do you receive any particular error code from Sony, when the game crashes, any particular CE error code, as this is known to sometimes accompany a crash on PlayStation.

Can I ask does this happen with all runes, to any weapons or clothing, every time?

Do you always play the game whilst connected to the internet? Are you able to disconnect from the internet altogether on your console, then launch the game and see if you can place the runes?

I do believe I spoke to another player today, who may have had a similar issue, I have asked for more information to be sure. I will make sure I advise the steps you took, to carry on the game, to see if the autosave works again later on in their playthrough.

Hello @itzi3obby, I am sorry to hear you are experiencing two separate issues with the new scythe weapon and the bearded axe in left-hand dual wield.

Would you be able to provide a video of both issues and send us a link to view this video please, in the forum? I do not believe these particular issues have been reported yet.

Would you also be able to test this with a number of scythes and a number of different bearded axes in the game, to see if it affects all of these weapon types, no matter the design?

Hello @spindual a video may not be necessary, as I believe the issue you are having is related to the abilities you have equipped. As long as your affected save file is uploaded to our cloud server, that should be enough information to go on, I believe.

This sprint/lunge/gallop issue is under investigation at the moment.

We believe certain abilities prevent these actions. If you have the Charged Shot, Stun Finisher, or Heidrun Slam abilities equipped, please unequip them, then test your sprint/lunge/gallop in the game again, please, and let us know how you get on...

This has been reported to us by other players, the issue is currently under investigation and we believe we may be able to resolve this in a future update to the game, I am unable to confirm the date of this update, however.

Thank you for bringing this bugged key to our attention and thank you for your patience whilst we try to resolve this for all players affected.

I appreciate you trying those workaround steps I gave you meneerd3uil3, thank you for letting me know it did not help.

We are receiving quite a few reports of this and have added save files and videos to our investigation, hopefully, this will be addressed in the game soon for you.

Hello bernabe78 thank you for your post and sorry to hear no autosaves have been made for you, despite seeing the autosave logo on the bottom right.

Can I ask why you are unable to access any of your Wrath of the Druids progress? Did you not make a manual save for 20 hours? Or do any of your saves show as corrupted? If so, do you have an image of this you can show us?

Can I also ask, were your affected saves which crashed, cloud saves? (a little cloud logo should appear on the save, in the Load Game menu, if so)

This is a good suggestion and I will happily pass it on to our AC team now. At the moment, I do not have any information on how this will look in-game once the issue has been fixed, but I add your suggestion of a checkmark, much as the Orlog dice game has, upon completion of the drinking mini-game.

Hello again TheNorfolkian, thanks for reporting this!

Just to be absolutely sure, can I ask if you have any stun effects enabled on that bow at all, and can you always unintentionally stun these enemies with poison and fire arrows, no matter what bow you use?

Have you been able to test this with any melee weapons that use a poison or fire effect too, or does it only work with arrows?

Hello anykeyer thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I also have the Season Pass for Valhalla, but when I check my Connect launcher overlay and navigate down the left menu to 'store', just under 'achievements', I can see both the Siege of Paris and Wrath of the Druids DLC, as 'owned' with a green tick mark.

This may be affecting only certain players with certain versions of the game.

Can you navigate down the list to where I explained this information is found, and provide me with a new screenshot, that also shows your Windows Taskbar date and time, so I can get this looked into further, please?

Thank you for your feedback on this bielik01, it has been added to our ongoing feedback for Connect and Valhalla.

We will wait to see if other players contact us about this, from other games that may be affected, but so far most reports have come in from other Valhalla players who would like to see this change made.
