I see you've already reinstalled the game, but have you reinstalled Ubisoft Connect as well? If not, you can find steps to do that in this FAQ. Ubisoft Connect is in charge of synchronizing achievements, so it could be an issue with the program rather than the game.

The team is aware of this issue, but they've had some trouble reproducing it. Would you be able to record a video of the issue, upload it to Youtube, and link it in this thread?

Additionally, do you recall what you did just before this issue appeared? Did you catch a new eel for the mystery, or did you already have one?

@crowe_6891 I'm glad to hear completing that quest made is so you can see your headgear again! That outfit is meant to stay on while completing that quest line, so this seems to be working as intended.

Hi @chuckkatse, sorry to hear you're running into this issue with cloaks.

To get a better idea of the issue, I'd like to gather some more information. Please answer the following questions when you get a chance.

  1. Does this happen with all cloaks, or just one? If the latter, which specific cloak?
  2. Which areas of the game seem to trigger the cloak to equip?
  3. By "new update," do you mean version 1.4.1.2?

Have you already tried the steps in this FAQ? I'd just like to confirm this is not an issue with your local installation of the game since we haven't seen many reports of this issue.
