When I play I generally tap A while moving away from cover to get out, then do the double tap in order to roll and evade. Let me know if that ends up working for you, just be mindful of getting stuck on downed allies.

Out of curiosity, what sort of stuff are you all holding on to? Do you find it's mostly mods, gear for use, gear for talents, etc.?

Indeed. It looks like it will be an interesting weapon for racking up pretty high damage on unique targets. I understand the concerns surrounding headshots, but I know when I am up against a big armored elite, the first armor plate to fall is the chest or arm. No headshot available. What do you feel the Nemesis might be able to do better than other sniper rifles available?

Does it (or any Exotic) need to be just the best version of its class in order to be useful? Or could it be optimized for something different?

Until you're in World Tier 5, yes, the Strongholds will be your go-to Invaded Mission option.

Not for nothing! You'll get better gear than that in no time!

From 1st question...
Complete the missions, side missions, get a higher level and gear score - then test your build and your skill against the Strongholds in order to advance!

I'm glad to hear True Patriot is finding its niche. Others might need warrant experimentation...

A quick double tap should be all it takes on controller to drop a charge at your feet. Be careful to not triple tap or mash it, just a short solid double tap.

Particularly helpful when you're moving around or advancing in a fight. Drop a charge, heal, then move. All while fighting back when you can. Happy hunting!

Glad this all got sorted!

The fight had go on for like 15 mins. Didn’t die though surprisingly.
How do you feel these types of encounters reward/challenge you vs. more singular and isolated events?

Glad to hear you're liking the weapons. What's the rest of the build you're running?

A more detailed picture would definitely help everyone better parse out some of the given information...

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying it. Thank you for the feedback! For me personally, the animals add so much even as such a minor thing.

I noticed something similar for me today when loading up. Thanks for the feedback here, everyone, I'll be sure to make a note of this.

Hey everyone. This thread has sort of devolved from discussion on the content of the video into just a flame war about the creator of the video and between players. So I will be closing the thread down. Further discussion on the PvP aspects of The Division 2 are highly encouraged, but please remember to be respectful to each other and stay on topic. Thank you.

Welcome to the forums, ComandoJoker! How might the weapon rise to a better spot without necessarily just cranking up some numbers?

A nice mix of feedback and advice in this thread so far. I know the Roosevelt Island mission can be a real endurance test, especially towards the end. It's one where good or bad positioning and movement can determine the flow of the fight at any moment.

My best advice is - and definitely when playing with others - to make sure that your builds, playstyles, and tactics mesh well. A player who is built for CQC and pushing forward does not have good synergy with a a squad built for long range poking and picking off. All that leaves you with is a dead ally and enemies prepped for four of you. The mission is definitely hard, it is supposed to stand as a barrier for even harder content in the subsequent world tier. But it is definitely doable.

Hope this helps.

But are you ready for a big ol' bear plus whatever it is that the Hyenas are breathing in?
