That is correct. Mods, talents, and Sets are the primary way of increasing the effectiveness of your skills. How do skills feel to use and improve with the post-update system?

Hey TK, could you please elaborate on what you mean by being stuck at GS 200? This is the first I'm seeing talk about this issue. Are you enable to progress World Tiers or is it a matter of gear not dropping above a certain point?

Interesting feedback. Thanks for taking the time to write out all your thoughts and observations, by the way! How might having a civilian militia that's as well equipped as you are, sans the skills, impact your experience with the game?

Now, I wanna jump in here before this turns into an intense back and fort about long-time players being pushed out of the Dark Zone back in The Division and just not returning.

That adrenaline-fueled blood-pumping anxiety you described regarding the old DZ is hard to force and even harder to artificially replicate. It was natural. And depending on who you ask, it was wonderful.

If you're noticing a stark lack of players in The Dark Zone, what do you feel might entice them to come back, without diminishing the core experience that already exists in PvE?

A lot of good advice in here. Just keep in mind that dismissing someone looking for help or tips with a "get good" doesn't help them or add anything productive to the conversation.

I know that for me DPS comes second to how solidly the weapon handles. Damage only means so much if every third shot is missing. What weapons does everyone use if not the P416?

Because these are two conflicting statements. Either you want gear sets to work, or you dont and you are deliberately sabotaging them because you want gear sets less build variety? Because nobody is forcing you to use gear sets, but you have them. You cant deliberately make them trash in order to encourage set less builds.
