Could you confirm if you have power cycled your console and tried another controller, if possible?

As mentioned above, we would also advise clearing the console's cache, which will clear the temporary files. You can do this by turning off the console, unplugging it, waiting a minute, plugging it back in and turning it on again.

@ RaZ_HU - I'm fairly confident that the option to change servers only appears when the connection is unstable.

Hey SelfKill..,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

There is a system in place that will replace clan leaders who have been inactive for 2 months.

It will then promote the next high ranking active clan member into the position.

The old clan leader will not automatically get the leader position back and will have to communicate with the new leader in order to get it back.

Please note, we do not have clan management tools so we are unable to edit anything on our side.
