  • Does this only happen in Ireland? If not, where else do you experience this?
  • When did you first notice this occurring?
  • Do you have any video or images of your difficulty level/the level of your enemies?
  • Can you please confirm the platform this is occurring for you on?

@jaydenr06 Hey there! Unless a cosmetic, piece of gear, etc specifically states that it can be used in both games (like the United Front bundle), it cannot be used in both. Let me know if you have any further questions.

@oldskoolgamer82 Hello there, and apologies for our delayed reply. Can you first please make sure that your game and the launcher is installed on the same drive? This can cause these crashes on launch you're mentioning.

If they are on the same drive, please then go through the steps in our PC Troubleshooting guide to see if they help with these crashes.
