@kutjung Hi there, I'm sorry you're receiving this error when trying to launch Rainbow Six Extraction. It looks like you're using the Epic Games launcher, so I'd first suggest launching that client as well as the Ubisoft Connect client with administrator rights.

If this does not solve your issue, please then uninstall and reinstall your game and client.
