I'm sorry that matchmaking isn't working correctly for you. It definitely sounds like a connectivity issue, even if the request backup function seems to be working. Can you please run through the steps in this FAQ and let us know if the issue persists?

I'm sorry you guys are all experiencing this issue. In addition to the workarounds in the threads linked by longlivern, please make sure you run through the steps in our troubleshooting guide.

If the issue persists, please send us your system files via a Support case - we can then investigate further to try to identify the root cause of the crash, and find a solution.

Now we played in summit last night and some of the problems didn’t occur since the server maintance, however, drones and turrets don’t attack when assign targets , almost a delay is built in the system?
Can you send us a video of this since the maintenance? Usually they'd pick their target and go, any delay should be minimal.

Hey folks! I'm sorry you are both experiencing this. In terms of more frequent crashes during HC mode after the latest update, we have made the developers aware and they are investigating. In the meantime, please run through this FAQ to ensure there's nothing else causing this crash as well.

If we require more information for our investigation, we will let you guys know. Losing HC characters due to a crash is possible, so it may be a little risky to play as them while this is being looked into. Your patience is really appreciated!

Hey Jaga.Telesin! I'm sorry you have had such a disappointing experience with the game and our support. Rest assured that we do have internal methods of reporting bugs to our developers so I'm sorry if it seemed like we were giving you the runaround regarding the stuttering camera. I can confirm that there are a few reports regarding stuttering in general, and one specific to camera movement as well. Same with the issue regarding toggling Invasions.

Any updates to these issues will always be communicated via patch notes in these forums, so please keep an eye out. I do hope you play again in future, and any further bug reports via these forums or our support website are always welcome.

Hi KanoBoii! thank you for the report and the video - I love this mission, especially the room you were in.

Very strange freeze/crash - this may have just been random and not triggered by the grenade if you were unable to replicate it, but I will forward it to the developers regardless.

If you experience crashes frequently and at random, please also run through this guide as it will help.

Hey folks - totally understand the frustration this is causing and I'm sorry you guys have lost your HC characters due to crashing. As this thread is quite old I'll need to close it, but please be rest assured that the developers are investigating this issue (especially after the latest update) and any updates will be communicated in these forums.

Disable on screen optimizations and run as administrator on division 2 exe

Uninstall Ubisoft connect and reinstall the previous uplay app, once it opens it will auto update to Ubisoft connect.
