Is it possible to join a NA team whos in the next NA Tournament from the EU because they need a 5th player if something goes wrong with another teammate. And the EU Player doesnt even have a bad Ping and played with this team for a while.

Yup, I can explain that. So I can always load the game reliably. I can even enter a queue and pick a hero. But as soon as it get to the point where the heroes are facing each other and the game is loading, that's where it crashes I can't even do a training match with my friend

I tried but unfortunately I uninstalled webroot incorrectly. Im going to try contacting the company that originally installed it on my computer to resolve the issue. Ill let you know if I have any luck with that, whether I end up fully uninstalling webroot or reinstalling it.

I've had a look at the forums and can see quite a few threads about this, so I'll get this up to the developers to see if anything can be done. They were made aware of some issues with the HDR settings in general, but we can get more specific.
To that end, could you provide a few comparison screenshots so I can submit these as part of the report?

@voland 100% get where you're coming from! I have since submitted this report to the devs, so and updates will be communicated in this forum. Keep an eye out for future patch notes and thanks again for this report!
@voland That makes sense - seems like the camera is trying to obscure the tree to ensure Eivor is visible and this is an unintended consequence of that. Are you playing on PS4 or PS5? I'll get this up to the devs for review.
