Another thing is usually it says creating squad when you start the game for him it says leaving squad and then when he tries to start any match it says validating multiplayer privileges and then nothing

Hello there,

Further to Ginge's message, were you able to upload your system files to the case created for you as requested?

If you sign into the Support Site and access My Cases, the case should be visible.

It may now be listed as Closed, however you can re-open the case to upload your system files.

Once this has been done, we can continue to investigate.

I'm afraid the game can be network heavy especially when loading larger tracks with higher amounts of people.

We do have an article with some information on Bandwidth Usage available here with some information and suggestions that may be of use to you?

I'd also suggest making sure to reduce background apps.

While there isn't an option to exactly revert the Z-Axis, you can remap your controls in Settings > Input, this may be where you can resolve your issue.

Just to confirm, when attempting to walk silently your character becomes locked in place and you can't move?

This issue is typically caused when the Ubisoft account you originally used to activate the game, is different to the one you're currently trying to sign in with.
