Is this as part of the Phoenix Down event?

We are aware of an issue where players are told they've received keys when they haven't however this should be UI only.

You should still be getting the keys at each of the 4 levels.

If this doesn't sound like your issue, if you could provide screenshots so we can investigate further it would be appreciated!

Do you have any in-game evidence showing that the item was available in your inventory before this? Ideally something with your username visible.

If you could also let us know, if you recall, what you were doing in the lead up to the item disappearing?

Had you just completed a message or notice anything behaving strangely?
