Hey, please be aware that Anno 1800 requires at least a (64bit) version of Windows 7 to run, Vista is not supported.
Have a look at the system requirements here:

If the question is "how": How you do that is generally up to you. For images and generally documents, you will need to upload it elsewhere (there are various website for image hosting, for example) and can then post the link in the thread above.

Doesn’t everyone love to receive some post cards from friends and family around the world? Or maybe YOU want to share some of the wonderful experiences you’re having during your time off.

Over on Twitter, Ruud adapted to the current slightly vacation-unfriendly situation and instead shared beautiful postcards from the world of Anno 1800, as you can see below.

With this as an inspiration, we’re now asking you to send us your postcards from Anno 1800 to advertise why people should definitely visit your city or island: Long sandy beaches? Vast parks and cultural buildings? Plenty of shopping and ente... Read more

If this doesn't help, could you please upload a few different save games for us to investigate?
You can either do that via our support system or by uploading the saves and sending me the links in a PM here.

Thank you

Hey sinny1,

we're aware of some quests seemingly randomly "breaking" (which then results in this grey box issue). The only way to "solve" it in your case is by letting the timer run out or cancel the quest.

Our team is investigating this issue and we'll let you know via future release notes when we have found a fix.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hey manta-nick,

I checked your account and the DLC seems to be activated properly, could you please check in the game if the DLC is available (e.g. by setting up a new game, you should then see the option to select the Bright Harvest DLC).
You won't receive a key for the DLC as it's directly activated on your account.

If you still encounter issues, feel free to get in touch with our support:

Heyho - feel free to share a screenshot of the issue, but in case it looks like this (random video I picked from YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IUpOgDa6K8E), that's working as intended, or rather: this is how the game looks from up-close.

The first person mode is an Easter Egg, basically.

You should have access though - could you try logging out and logging in again?
The link above should then get you to the forum.

Hey everyone, I sorted out your access @MrWhiteWizard and @BixelBG

If anyone else has issues with accessing the dedicated forum even though you're part of the test, send me a PM or just post here.
I'm also on the Discord, RazorBlade185 mentioned, so that's also an option (I need your Ubisoft account name, though).

Keep in mind it's the weekend now, though.

That doesn't mean the devs have nothing to do, though
There are future projects to work on.

Anyway, this is getting a bit offtopic considering it's about the Cosmetic DLC packs.

When we were thinking about a 2nd cosmetic DLC pack, several ideas were floating around in the team. In the end, it boiled down to 3 and instead of deciding it within the team, we thought why not let the community vote for their favourite.
In the end "A Day at the Amusements" won, but only with a few more votes compared to "Bustling City Life". So, while the former is definitely happening and currently in development, we are considering also developing and releasing the latter since the results were so close (as long as "A Day at the Amusements" is successful enough).

Releasing all 3, though, is not planned and would also defeat the purpose of a vote like this.
Additionally, every bit of extra content also means additional development time. Time the developers involved could also use to work on something else - it's a matter of weighing options, priorities and current development schedules.

Yes, you can install the game on as many devices as you want. You will always have to log into your Ubisoft account to play it, though, and you can't be logged in on two devices simultaneously.
