Hey there,

I have an update on this for you from the game team themselves.

Different 3D-model skins aren't supposed to be used with the new Trackmania. So only the standard car model in the game is supposed to be used, where players can make different skins for. Any models from previous Trackmania might work, like the videos show, but this isn't something we official support for the game.

I am sorry that this is not the news you wanted to hear but I do hope that this helps clear things up.

I am afraid that this is not possible.

The reason for this is that Russian language is locked to the region and so for this language you will need the game from this region. Having this you would not be able to access other languages around the world.
