It is also worth noting that every time your case is updated, it will be reset in the support team's queue. As such it is best not to open multiple cases for the same issue or request updates as that will cause further delays in the process.

We are unable to assist with account-related issues through public channels for security reasons. All ban appeals and account problems need to be addressed through private channels, although if you've already been denied once there is no guarantee that you'll get a different solution on a second appeal.

Hey @jujoco91! Just to confirm, are you still getting prompted for an activation key?

Is your roommate getting the same activation prompt? Or are they getting stuck on the splash screen like everyone else?

Other players have confirmed that whitelisting Valhalla in their anti-virus software helps to bypass this error for them. If you haven't tried that yet can you try that as well and let me know if it helps? I really appreciate it!🔥

To clarify, reporting in-game is the best and easiest option. Every report submitted with the in-game report tool goes directly to the Siege team and they review everything that way.🔥
