I've taken a look at your account, and I do not see that credits have been added at this time. Has it been 24 hours since the credits were purchased? Please note that we cannot see purchases made on PlayStation directly. If it has been 24 hours and you have not received the credits after restarting Rainbow Six Siege, please reach out on our support portal for assistance.

Hi there! There are a couple of things that I can recommend for you. First, please take a look at our 100% CPU usage blog post. This includes an FPS limiter that can be activated in the .ini files. Second, I took a look at your system files on your support ticket. I can't read the language, but it does look like you have 8 GB of RAM total. The game recommends 8 GB of free RAM, and if you have 8 in total then some of that will be taken up by system processes, so you may see changes when running other programs in the background.

I see that you replied to the thread about running Uplay as administrator. Did you try that? Have you continued to have crashing issues? If so, I recommend sending your system files to our team for review!

Hi there everyone. Please first make sure that your recording device is properly configured using these steps:

1. Right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "Recording devices".
2. In the window that appears, right-click the desired microphone and select �make default�
3. Next right click and select �Properties�
4. Next select levels and be sure your level is turned up all the way and also check your microphone boost
5. Go to the Advanced tab on the next window, and set the Default Format to 16 bit, 48000 Hz (DVD Quality).

Hi there! I looked into this for you, and the purchase that you made for 2670 Rainbow Credits didn't finalize. Any charge on your bank account was a pending charge. That charge, depending on the bank, will be removed after 7 to 10 business days.

I would recommend trying to purchase again if you'd still like the credits! If you continue to have issues, I'd recommend making a support ticket by going to our support page, scrolling to the bottom, and clicking "Contact Customer Support".
