What do you see when you go up to those devices? Do they act as though you should be able to pick them up? If so, do you receive some sort of error?

If possible, please get a video showing that you can't pick up the device and don't already have it showing in your collected devices.

I am not aware of any issue with getting all SHD tech and all skills. I do know that having three SHD tech with the Ultimate Edition is normal. What skill are you missing specifically?

I'm sorry to hear you are continuing to have this issue with reactivating the SHD Network, nikon123. This issue is something our team is definitely working to resolve. If possible please see if you can play through the mission on story mode in matchmaking. To the best of my knowledge this will resolve your issue if you stay in party until the other player has reactivated their own SHD network. I understand that this isn't a fix, and I can assure you that our team is working to resolve this issue. It has been a tricky one to fix from what I understand.

Hey, folks. It's possible that you have received all of the currently available, but I have reported that there may be an issue with cosmetic drop rates to the Division 2 team. This is being investigated. Please, if possible, let me know how many cosmetic items you have earned and what World Tier you are in.

Please let me know if increasing the page file helped. If anyone is having this issue, make sure you haven't deleted the pagefile.sys on your PC.

I'd like to assure everyone that our team is looking into these issues to find a solution. I'm sorry that you are having these crashes at this time.

I appreciate you reaching out about this. To the best of my knowledge these cosmetic items are randomly placed, so it is possible to not find any for a significant span of time.

I'm sorry to hear you all are having this error. I've seen a number of references to people who have others in their home that are also playing The Division 2. Does this issue persist if you are not playing at the same time?

Usually this has to do with watching the stream on a different Twitch account than the one linked to your Ubisoft account. I don't want to ask private information here on the forum, but you can reach out privately to our team on Twitter or Facebook with the account information for your Twitch account. They can let you know what Twitch account is linked to your Ubisoft account.

You can try finishing the installation after unplugging for two minutes. It is possible that you need to uninstall and reinstall the entire game while making sure not to start the game until it is entirely finished installing.
