I believe this usually has to do with malware protection. What do you have installed? If you have anything you've installed recently or that's recently updated, that is likely the issue.

I definitely understand that it's frustrating to receive an abandonment penalty when the cause was a disconnection. I can't speculate about whether this was a DDoS, but if you have proof or evidence please consider sending it to our team.

We cannot remove temporary bans, and we cannot add or remove MMR from any accounts.

Please restart your PC, run Uplay and Steam as administrator, and then verify your game files in Steam. Let me know if that helps!

I'm sorry to hear you are having continued issues! Do you get any sort of error code? Are you playing in a group or solo? Do you have a different experience when playing either in a group or solo compared to playing as the other?

This is a very odd error, and I'm sorry to hear this happened especially at such a critical moment. Was the error given by Uplay? Have you even seen this error before.

Please run Uplay as administrator and let me know if this occurs again.
