I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. I've seen voice chat issues in the past such as an issue with Windows 8.1 that were resolved. I recommend reaching out with your system files to our technical team.

I also recommend reporting the issue on R6fix, as issues that are facing many users will quickly get to ten reproductions.

Others are having this issue, yes. Some have said the issue was related to their Steam overlay not being enabled. To check this right click on Rainbow Six Siege in your Steam library.

There are not automatic permanent bans for toxicity. There are automatic temporary bans that last for thirty minutes or two hours, but any permanent ban involved an investigation by Ubisoft team members.

I'm sorry to hear you were kicked from the game due to this error. I recommend that you perform the steps in our BattlEye troubleshooting FAQ.

Please note that team kill temp bans and BattlEye temp bans are completely unrelated. Getting toxicity bans or team kill bans will not increase in any way the likelihood of getting a permanent BattlEye ban. You will get a permanent BattlEye ban if the system detects cheats on your computer.

The Uplay username that owns Rainbow Six Siege is the same username as you have here on the forums. I do not see an account under MudsyPC.

Is the party system used in any way linked to Rainbow Six Siege? I am not sure what system you are discussing, but I am unaware of any ability to invite players into a squad while in game.

We have a system in place that double checks if the purchase is intended. Do you feel that we should make it require more checks to finalize in-game purchases?
