Hi there CMDR, if you're running into the soft-lock in the shipyard, if you turn OFF "Disable GUI settings" then that will prevent the softlock while we look into it.

Hello CMDR, as CrotchWater has said, quite often with something like this permit locked regions of space can cause issues when plotting a route. I'd suggest to plan a trip in smaller sections to try and identify where the issue is happening in the planning phase. If the issue persists contact us at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-...

Hello CMDR, if you log out and back in this can help to push things like this through if something's become stuck. If that doesn't work then get in touch at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new and we'll look into this.

Hello CMDR, modules can only 'go missing' when they're either sold or destroyed. If you can' find your module anywhere in storage or equipped on another ship then do contact us at https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us/requests/new with as many details as you can and we'll try to track it down.

I don't think I've ever clicked on one of these links and been happy with the results. Looks like that pattern's gonna keep going. I'm gonna try and find out if I can contact support directly instead.

If you follow through on those issues you should find on various articles it says "Submit a request".

Here's a direct link to contact us here:

Please get in touch using that, and we'll go from there!

Hi there! The “can’t connect to Frontier servers” error message is almost always the result of common networking problems you’ve likely encountered before: a weak or intermittent WIFI signal, the wrong network adapter being utilised, or a router that needs restarting.

Please do try:

  1. Using a wired connection

  2. Opening the Network menu from the main menu Options, selecting the Network Adapter box and ensuring the correct network adapter is being used (important if you have multiple adapters or use a VPN)

  3. Restarting your router

If you continue to have issues with this, please send us a ticket via https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us so that we can look into this with you :)
