Can you say "I can't confirm or deny this" if every skin bundle somewhat represents one agent?

Reaver Set = Omen

Sovereign Set = Crusader

Prime Set = Dogbot

Our skin collections aren't explicitly tied to agents, except for the agent guns you see in the agent contracts (e.g., Sage's Final Chamber Classic gun).

No word on Reaver yet. Some stuff from Closed Beta will come back, but not everything. And whatever does come back will be updated, even if it's a slight update.

There are enough, yeah! We also filter by MMR ranges, so we have an understanding of her relative power across the player skill spectrum - it's quite high. But also, Sentinels are intended to be more powerful at holding ground, not taking it - Sage's wall was often being cast as a sort of super-smoke or site blocker to enable aggressive plays, which not only contributes to her outsized power but also doesn't quite fit within her role. So we're looking to shave off some power there and try to get her kit's output to be a bit more appropriate.

balance changes based on pure data analysis are useless and lead to bad design decisions like the whole of league of legends.

Sage's winrate is substantially higher than Reyna's, believe it or not!

Maybe sage is a free character and reyna came after almost everyone had their two free extras unlocked already and the grind to get tier 5 on reyna's contract wasn't reached yet by a majority of people? shrug

Oh, I don't mean to imply we just do pure data analysis, that's definitely not the case. We also field recurring surveys to understand how players feel about the state of balance by patch, what they find frustrating, etc. and also have a set of design principles and goals that we adhere to. There's a lot that goes into the process that isn't just raw numbers.

But, when it comes to raw numbers, we also have that covered. Just wanted to reinforce that Sage is getting nerfed again because she remains the strongest agent in the game and we're trying to bring her power in line with the rest of our lineup.

We make balance changes based off of actual game data; every time we've nerfed Sage, it's because her power is too far above other agents in terms of actual game outcomes (match winrate, round winrate, etc.)

Sorry this is happening to you! You can clearly connect to the platform in Frankfurt but then sounds like you can't connect to the game server we assign you to. We've seen some weird ISP problems in Europe, so let's try and diagnose this from your end and see if we can find something affecting all of the players in your area. I'll DM you for logs and some other things.

Thanks for the video! This video is an excellent example of what we look for in a video about a bug- there's just enough context for before and after the bug occurred, which helps narrow things down. Lovely.

I found a repro for this bug- it looks like it's possible to fire the OP on the server while the client is still readying the OP if you attempt to fire it within a small window while equipping after using Omen ult. This puts the state machine of the gun out of sync on client and server. This causes other weird downstream effects like mentioned in the comments here- stuff like the reload not visually occurring on the client. Just found the bug so no ETA on a fix, but we have eyes on it now. Thanks again for the video!

It was 40% actually! But we've dialed it back down so now all the maps are evenly weighted (which was always the plan). This is something we're still experimenting with, so keep letting us know what feels appropriate or not here.

We're looking at it for next patch hopefully :) Some thoughts~

We like the "call to arms" that it generates. It's a strong engagement opportunity for the capturing team and we'd like to retain that in some form. Currently, (as you all called out) it's a bit overbearing and ends up slowing action down a lot because players just sweat it out once their afflicted. Want to find that nice middle ground where the capturing team is empowered, but the defending team still has a fighting chance.

Sorry for the lack of update! We did run an update at the time, but it did not solve the root issue and only solved a small portion of the issue. We have a fix planned to deploy with the the patch downtime this week.

We're on it my friend. We rolled out a fix for Asia Pacific + Korea on Thursday/Friday, but encountered a bug on Friday that stopped us from pushing the fix live to EU/NA/LATAM/BR.

The fix should be live with the next patch (scheduled tomorrow)
