TFP will be deprecating Easy Anti Cheat support for all builds prior to Alpha 20.4 on July 1st. Users can still play older builds but may need to turn off EAC in the launcher.

Alpha 20.4 and newer builds will continue to have EAC running through the Epic Online Services. We have chosen to use this service as it will make future game browser and network cross play support possible.

Steam is just being derpy. You earned the 'Die 1 time' achievement a long time ago, and the achievements were recently redone from top to bottom. When they did so many players retroactively got achievements that were broken, re-recieved achievements they already had due to steam tracking your progress in order to give achievements in the first place, etc.

I don't know why steam took so long to inform you you got the achievement though. But, it's like, 99.9% chance that it's nothing to worry about.

EAC is already being administered through Epic as of Alpha 20. EOS is how the game will be handling cross platform play. The developers are getting all the "infrastructure" ready for when the new console versions eventually come out.

I'm sure many of you are experiencing some of the growing pains of this process with EOS/EAC causing errors and performance dips as well as the changes to how servers are organized. They want all of these issues ironed out and working smoothly long before the new console versions are released and full cross platform play starts.

No version of the game before Alpha 20 used EOS to run EAC and it would take a lot of effort to go back and make those compatible which is just not worth the effort when they are dead development versions and no longer supported. The easiest solution was to simply cut EAC from all of those old versions so that nobody would get the errors.

Yes, that is the plan, but it may be a while before we do it.

I thought it would be cool to have a driveable police car, but it is not setup for that.

The blimp was a joke vehicle I did years ago.

Don't know what art is planning for crops.
