No, from reading the dev diary they feel tier 3 is as high as they can reasonably go. There’s only so many zombies they can throw at you in one random spot before it’s not interesting anymore, compared to POIs where they can craft combat encounters.

I'm pretty sure there is a MP weather sync bug, but have yet to track it down.

I'd like to improve those at some point. Replaceable like grass may be a simple fix.

You were probably using some system RAM.

Lowered the max texture quality VRAM requirement to 3 GB (from 3400 to 2400 MB).

Structural Integrity. It's a known thing in this game. Did you expect the campfire to float in the air?
I almost hate to state the obvious, but this isn't Mincecraft.

While I kindof get what you're trying to say...that you think the only thing they're doing is xml edits is wildly off base. XML isn't a coding language- It's a glorified textfile that is put into the game engine, parsed, and has an end result- The engine itself is what does everything. But the engine itself cannot do anything with that input unless the engine has been built to handle it.

You cannot, for example, just write some xml edits to add working flowing water to the game- The engine itself is not built to interpret or create such a thing.

The vast majority of the work TFP does is with the engine. Tweaking, refining, adjusting, adding to- expanding the featuresets that can be used. Without that engine, The XML files are little more than simple text files.

And TFP have been going out of their way since a few alphas back to make basically every new thing available to xml modification- Because they know their users love to mod the game. They litera... Read more

Yeah, I brought this up in early internal testing. RWG is not quite finished, so this may be adjusted a bit in the future.

Yes. Love the graphic for smashing heads in too.

Sorry, but there is no way to override that code.

How much VRAM do you/they have?

I think blue should be less purple.

So you're unhappy because you are using a system that has been below minimum spec for what, 3 years now?

Loot % only affect stack sized. Has no effect on chance to find something.

I would bet that they either significantly lowered the chances of them appearing, or removed them.

This was asked and I responded in another thread just yesterday or the day before.

Yeah we would like an option to keep some of the debuffs and stats the same, but the problem is some of them are so bad they could put the player in a death loop, so there is no easy way to pick what debuffs stay and which ones don't or what levels they are set to, etc.

There is a thread with this exact title already, and is discussing the same subject.

I agree that intellect needs a bit more yet, but that is the nature of unlock perks.

I'm not dumb enough to do that lol, so I'm still happy. Don't start crafting seeds until you get living off the land rank 3.
Loot seeds, plant seeds, profit. I had 5 rows 5 long all full of stuff growing at one point with no perks.

Acid is more rare, but most of it's recipes are pretty high end. Try the chemical piles.

You aren't a farmer until you unlock rank 3 then you can sustain a large farm. Until then the intended use case is to plant free seeds you found, grow a crop and get free food, then if you are lucky you get a seed back on harvest and can replant it. I had one corn go like 5x in a row before the seed quit once, I was quite happy. So no don't craft seeds, go looting. Craft seeds when you hit rank 3 then it might pay off.

Nope, they completely bypass the natural progression that gives the player a feeling of accomplishment. WIthout needs and desires, the game is boring so I had them make them ALL broken. Now when you finally craft one or buy one you feel extremely rewarded instead of meh I'm already at late game tech because I found a trader with all the workstations intact on day 1. @%$# that.
