Gotcha, if you highlight the game on the dashboard and hit the menu button and then select Manage Game & Addons, do you see any additional content to install? -EA_Cade

@SuddenTurmoil @xVILITASx Hiya. This is being investigated at the moment by the game team, at the moment exiting freeplay and rejoining should get you into an instance where you can eventually engage with the anomaly and proceed.

For anyone that has Anthem Live Service Eroor Code : 0xff9ebb75aebe7a49-200000000s issue 

 

Can you try the following steps: 

  • Change the console DNS to.
  • Primary DNS 208.67.222.222.
  • Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220.

On taking a second look here, it may be worthwhile checking with your laptop manufacturer how to disable NVIDIA Optimus.

 

I do not want to give you specifics as you may need to change settings in your BIOS which your manufacturer can help you with.

 

p.s. It would be awesome if that resolves your issue and if you could post your results here too (positive or negative) please.

This could be an issue with your video cable. First just disconnect and reconnect both ends of the cable, if it is not fixed, try using another cable if you can.
