I play through uplay, I have a 3070 ti 16 RAM video card and an i7 11700 processor, I play for an hour, it freezes and crashes without errors, what could be the trouble?

From there, our team will investigate your account then let you know once a decision regarding the sanction has been made. Sorry to hear that your game is freezing. Can I ask you to try the following:

Run the game with ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.

Verify your game files.
It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, please verify your game files:

UPLAY
EPIC GAMES LAUNCHER
STEAM

Disable Background Applications.

Make sure your OPERATING SYSTEM is UP TO DATE.

Reinstall Uplay.

Update your GPU Drivers:

AMD
NVIDIA

Should the issues persist after completing the above steps, please GET IN TOUCH, attaching DXDIAG and MSINFO reports to your SUPPORT CASE.

This is really dependent on what platform you have and what you may have plugged into that platform. If you're rocking an Xbox for example, try not to use an Elite Controller at the start screen - use a standard controller. Unplugging any peripherals may also help.

@gothicmoon66 Howdy, I am sorry to hear you're running into this issue with the game attempting to install twice.

Can you please try the following steps to see if they resolve your issue?

  • Installing the game directly on the Ubisoft Connect launcher instead, after linking your Epic account to your Ubisoft account
  • Check if Epic's download path defaults to this location and has not been changed C:\Program Files\Epic Games[Game name]
  • In Ubisoft Connect, relocate the path to the original installation by using this tool in the launcher.

There is no cross progression from consoles to PC. If you play on Xbox you cannot cross progress your account to the Microsoft Store version of the game via Gamepass (or any other means).

This shouldn’t happen for no reason. What likely happened was that you or another player started a quest at that building (formally a point of interest), which resets everything on the property. The next most likely explanation is that you found another instance of that building somewhere else in the world, and confused it with your base.

Both of these things have happened to players before. The good news is that land claim block can help in both cases. It prevents you or anyone else from starting a quest there, and it puts a marker on your map/compass to help insure you’re going to the same building.

If you're playing on PC, you won't be able to play with your Xbox or PlayStation friends since cross-play is not supported between PC and console.
