Me and my friends can't play because our accounts is reset back to 1. And that is accounts that is from the closed beta.

nebulaEXE, I've also created a support ticket with no follow up for 2 weeks now. I got rollbacked during that day + my challenge progress was not restored (missing heirloom shards I got that day aswell).

Some Ranked Badge and Challenge Progression being lost recently is actively being investigated by the team.

Slightly related (Shadow Society progress), although I've noticed three of the daily challenges are "giving extra reputation", the only one which actually gave me reputation (both for event progression and to purchase rewards from the shop) was the unmodified "Win 1 match" challenge giving 140 points, with the remaining 1120 not being added (couldn't earn the 140 rep from capturing 5 zones in Lockdown since now it's on mixtape and the few games I managed to play my randoms wouldn't bother with objectives).
Can we have a look into the event challenge too? I’m not gaining reputation after completing the event challenge

Hello, sorry, is there an official response to the issue of the Amazon Coin Codes being claimable, but not giving ANY of the Coins?

What about the Breakout challenges?? No way am I gonna do all the Seer, Rampart, and Fuse challenges again.
Separate issue, butit is known and the team is working on it.
I didn't log in after split reset yesterday so I wasn't affected by the rollback. HOWEVER, they still haven't fixed the bronze badges that replaced my plat and diamond badges from previous seasons. The holosprays and profile records are correct. Just the badges that turned into bronzes..
Ranked Badge fix is in progress and we'll see it deployed soon.
I still didn't get my Breakout Legend progression back to normal.
Breakout Challenges are a separate issue, but it is being worked on. Will update the Trello to Fix In Progress once it's closer to being finalized.
