The only difference between the two Loading Screen mods is that Test has a bit more logging, so it's easier for the modder to troubleshoot issues. I recommend just using the normal version. The most important thing is to only have one of them subscribed.

Sounds like we're hunting for a mod. I'd be happy to take a look at your mods and see if I can help narrow it down. The easiest way for me to do that is to have a look at your output_log.txt.

Here's where to find it. To easily find the local files for the game, right click your game in the Steam library, select Properties, go to the Local Files tab and select Browse local files.

\SteamApps\common\Cities_Skylines\Cities_Data\output_log.txt

As we can't attach files here on Steam, you will need to upload the file somewhere else. Here's a few sites you can upload it to, which do not require you to sign up first:

Make sure you place the buildings and not the spawners themselves when in your city. The spawners only work in the editor - in game they need to be inside a building to work.

What's the size of your pagefile? Have you checked for the latest drivers for everything? How does the game run if you add the launch options -noWorkshop and -disableMods to Steam?

How To Set Launch Options
  • Right-click on the game title under the Library in Steam and select Properties.
  • Under the General tab click the Set launch options... button.
  • Enter the launch options you wish to apply (be sure to separate each code with a space) and click OK. Should look like this:
    -noWorkshop -disableMods
  • Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.

Only thing I can think of might be Move It, since some lights glitch out after a reload when they have been moved with Move It. Never seen it on a building though. :S

If you don't need Citrix, then removing it is the simplest option. But if you do need it, check out the workarounds so you don't have to uninstall Citrix whenever you want to play. :)

Are you using any mods from the workshop?

There are a couple of workaround for Citrix Workspace that might help so you can have both installed. :)

But yeah, Unity games think Citrix is the graphics card, which it isn't, so the games crash.

Please try the steps in this thread, and if that doesn't help, follow the instructions at the bottom to contact Paradox Support.

That's very strange! Try making a new empty image in the correct resolution, open your texture in another window, select everything and copy it into the new one you created. Save that and see if that works.

Oh and what resolution is your image?

Then you most likely have an outdated mod that's messing with things. I know Network Extensions Project causes this, but there might be others. Compare your mods to this list of known broken mods and remove/replace any you might have.

Until a sale is announced no one knows when it will be. All official sales (so Steam and Paradox Plaza) get announced on the official social media channels, so you can follow those to make sure you won't miss any.

They are probably only visible to me then, which means you probably aren't subscribed to them. :) Happy I was able to help ^^

Roundabout Builder is a mod, and mods disable achievements. Only ways to get around that is not play with mods or use a mod to enable achievements despite using mods. The game can't tell the difference between mods, so it doesn't know which ones make achievements a lot easier to completely. :)

When placing the multi-track station the game picks one track to connect to each outside connection. You cannot know which station track it decides to connect where, so you will need to connect all of them to the outside world and see which one the trains arrive at. Once you know which one is connected to which outside track, you can then disconnect the rest from the outside world (if you want to).

This is probably the easiest and most flexible solution. Any post office can be what you want it to be. Here's the mod. :)

If setting up a pagefile doesn't help, then your best option for help is to post on the official support forums and attach your log there too, since it isn't mod or asset related. :)

Does it happen to all or many objects? Or just a few? It can happen with assets that have a broken LOD texture, but they can also affect other buildings. If you have any screenshots of it I might be able to spot some problem assets to remove.

No, the only way to remove snow from a building is for the creator to use vertex colors to tell the game where it shouldn't apply snow. There aren't any mods to change this I'm afraid. :/

Toggleable Whiteness seems like a likely one. It's never a good idea to install mods from a collection without going through every single mod yourself, reading the descriptions and considering if it's a mod you want to use. That way you will know what the mods you use do, which helps when encountering something you don't want. :)

And the 2nd collection has several outdated and broken mods, that should be removed if you are subscribed to them.

Pause on load - no longer needed, this was added to the game
Klyte Commons - no longer needed
Demand Master - dynamic demand is broken

Fine Road Tool - broken and conflicts with Fine Road Tool 2 from the first collection
Fine Road Anarchy - broken and conflicts with Fine Road Anarchy 2 from the first collection
Traffic Manager: President Edition [Stable] - broken, use the newer TM:PE V11 STABLE instead
