Your comment was deleted by a Valve moderator, so please address any feedback there if necessary. It is not very surprising though, as the OP in opposite to you didn't target any specific person with their post. Closing, as I don't see any valuable content for the community coming out of this thread anymore.

The setting is found in Civics.eco:
"AllowInvalidCivicContainerTimeInMinutes": 60.0,

The invalidity timer by default is 60 minutes and three announcements to anyone that has access to the plot are made. We have already decided to no longer dissolve settlements that fail the timer, though, but instead their influence circle and all laws will disable once the timer runs out until the situation is corrected. That change should make it for Update 10.3.

That is unfortunately not possible, as Eco simply starts a dedicated server for a local world that uses the configuration of that server, which is set to the values configured in the world creation screen.

You can create a new save and setup the settings there, then load the old one. The same settings will apply.

That depends on what the town determined, when it doesn't allow foreign ownership, the property will be seized to the mayor. If it does, you keep it.

Would need to know the exact english error. Clearing the mint just leads to it being reusable, an existing currency cannot be deleted.

You'd need to create a new currency, you can do so by using a new mint or picking up the mint and deleting its saved data in the tooltip when hovering over it.

The issue should be resolved with Hotfix 10.1.5, but we will need to condcut some short maintenances over the coming days. Those will be announced, though.

You need claim stakes that spawn in the foundation depending on the amount of citizens if you want to create multiple deeds within a settlement. You only get a single homesteads (and it's not supposed to be rentable) and other papers as you mentioned don't work inside settlements.

The achievement was tested and works. It is in opposite to my original information not required to pay the tax in a single transaction. (Sorry for that!)

The achievement is based on the value of the currency, though. You need to pay taxes equal to 1,000 of a currency's backing item, not just 1,000 currency. That means if the currency you try to achieve this with is backed with 1 iron bar = 1000 currency, you need to pay 1.000.000 in taxes. If it is backed with 1 iron bar = 1 currency, you need to pay 1.000 in taxes.

We confirmed the achievement doesn't work, along with some other culture related ones.
Those will be fixed in a future update, I can't say when exactly, achievements are low priority.

You cannot make a circle, e.g. cleaned water cannot be pumped into a fresh water pipe.
The waste filter needs to be on claimed land to work, it doesn't work if its not claimed.

That is the case - but you do not need to use them, as you get normal claims that work outside of them just like in Update 9.
