Next time just remove the land claims and take the items, that always works for me. The function you triggered is really only there to stop people from sharing land space, allowing people to place items, then stealing those items, like if renting. But you own the land now, so just unclaim and take the unclaimed items.

That should not work, as when changing the land the residents should automatically be kicked. We'll investigate if that is possible and it will be fixed in case that works, but I wasn't able to reproduce in a quick test.

Void Storage is only accessible by the player the items have gone to, the purpose of it is to prevent landlords kicking out renters and take the stuff they placed.

Yes, type /serverui in chat and tab out if hosted locally. Otherwise can also adjust in Difficulty.eco config file in /Steam/steamapps/common/Eco/Eco_Data/Server/Configs.

Mac without M1: Unsupported. Development builds available and provided as-is without warranty.
Mac with M1: Unsupported. Development builds not working at all.

Steam Deck: Unsupported. Compatibility: Playable, no adjustments made. Windows: Works. Linux: Development build available and provided as-is without warranty.

The collect option is for the owner of the crafting project, and it is to take things out, not to put things in.

That's not a bug, storage settings are per person, which is intended. Your friend needs to set the linked storages.
