Update: Hi Everyone, we want to follow up on the issue Windows 7 users are having with explorer.exe where it closes unexpectedly after quitting ESO. This is a known issue with Windows 7, related to necessary security settings in ESO. As a result of maintaining these security setting to protect players, this issue will continue to persist with ESO on Windows 7 for the foreseeable future. We understand the Explorer.exe issue is frustrating for ESO Players on Windows 7. However, it is paramount that we keep these security settings enabled in order to ensure a safe experience for all ESO players.

Hi All, thanks for noting this. The dev team has seen this and is working on a bug fix now. It should be in a future incremental patch, but we'll clarify that once the fix is complete. @Neyhtsul do you have a link to the other thread? We can follow up there as well.

Hey everyone, we actually just completed an additional hotfix on PC NA and EU so Glemyos Wildhorn and Serpent Caller Vinsha will now properly respawn after being defeated. Similar to yesterday, you will not need to download anything for this change to take effect.

This is happening to me in Isobel's quest. Every time I abandoned the quest I have to start over and get stuck at the same spot.

Do you have any more details you could share, @Insignia91 ? What step of Isobel's quest were you on? What was happening?
