Thanks, the ticket now says that I don't need to enter a verification code anymore to change my e-mail address. The first thing that pops up when I click change e-mail, is a verification code window.

Hi, same Problem here. Tried to whitelist E-Mail, wrote an E-Mail to my provider, sadly no change. Everything was fine since a year, but now I have new PC (mainly for smoother Tarkov fps) and I cant play.
And Twitch/BSG unlinked my Tarkov account so I cant even get drops.

I see the problem has been resolved. The Device ID code comes ONLY to the mail
I think I may of fixed this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. It sent me a code to verify the hardware. I am now downloading the game again.
In some cases this can help.
It says to change email to gmail but I am on gmail and am still having this exact issue.
In this case, you need to write to us in support with this problem. Perhaps the point is different
