Just to make sure, are your accounts correctly linked together? (Steam & Ubisoft).

Hey there @Tshizzel_1,

To access Game Pass versions of your games, they need to be activated and launched via Ubisoft Connect rather than Steam.

Launching via Steam will direct to your previous Standard Version, but Marching Fire should now be available via Ubisoft Connect.

Same question as the OP didn't reply, are you actually wanting to use the controller and not your mouse and keyboard?

Or do you have a controller plugged in but want to use M&K but the controller is being picked up as your mouse?

Currently, none of our games are officially supported by us for Steam Deck, and we're not aware of any plans for it to be added in future but we'll let players know on our forums and social channels if we do hear anything on that topic.

I can only apologise for the delay to responding to your ticket. If you still haven't got a reply, please rest assured that we will get to it and will need to be handled through the ticket as it's not something we can fully discuss in a public channel. 

However, I can tell you here that this error usually means you launched and linked the game originally whilst logged in to a different Ubisoft account, so please check the username in top of Ubisoft Connect and see if you remember having another one. Then try logging in with any other email addresses you own. 

If you can't remember having another account or the details for it, we will need to handle it through your support ticket and we will need you to provide uncropped images of your purchase in your Steam transaction history as well as the information below:

I'm sorry to hear that you are not able to unlock the loadouts slots as you wish.

The loadouts unlock once you reach level 20 on the hero. 😊
