We just released a hotfix to increase the speed of Glider Redeploy for the modes it's supported in.

  • Acceleration increased by 200%

  • Max Speed increased by 25%

Howdy!

We've seen players mentioning that occasionally they'll eliminate a player but they keep walking for a short period of time. We're investigating this on our end but could use your help too. We've created a Trello Card that has instructions on how you can do this.

Videos also help us a lot, so if this issue happens to you and you have a video, then please leave a link to the example in this post so we can look into that as well.

Not quite! This is an update to server code rather than client code, which means you don't have to download anything because we're just pushing new instructions to the servers that host matches.

Client patches are a bit different and actually change the software that you run on your device to play the game, which is why you download a patch on release days.

Just to clarify: this update is totally invisible and will not affect any games in progress. The patch goes out to a new set of servers, and new matches will get the new server version. Matches running on the previous version will be unaffected, and we don't deprecate the old server version until there are no games left running on it.

Hey all,

We messed up with the store rollover and the Battle Pass 10-Tier pack should have been priced at 600 V-Bucks at 7PM on 11/26 rather than dropping from 900 V-Bucks this morning with the v6.31 update.

We’ll be granting the 300 V-Buck difference to anyone who purchased during this time period.

I'm in a fight with him, get him low, he's inbetween his downed teammate and myself, and pull out the shotgun. I hit him and see the "eliminated 'X'" and the player I'm fighting takes a couple more steps, so I assume "okay, I got him". I then realize the player I downed had died and his teammate was alive and well to shoot me after I thought the fight was over.

I know this bug has been around for a while now, but is there anything we can do to get them to at least acknowledge or address it?

My game use to never do this befoee the fortnitemares update. Sqauds always ran kind of bad but solos feet like it was almost perfect. And if it matters i use motion controls. Which btw i noticed the building multipler does not increase the motin controls build speed. Thanks for your time and have a good night/day

We've removed bundles currently while we investigate an error associated with them. Hotfixes sometimes take a little longer for all servers to receive them, so some players may have seen the Bundle version of the Store for a short time.
